Services & Agreements

All projects are governed by a written service agreement signed by both parties. Scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in that document and supersede any verbal discussions.

Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to commence work. Progress payments follow the milestone schedule outlined in your agreement. Final payment is due upon substantial completion.

Changes to Scope

Any modifications to the original scope are documented via written change orders, which may affect pricing and timelines. Both parties must sign before work proceeds.

Intellectual Property

Design concepts, drawings, and renderings remain the intellectual property of Ever Glow Living until final payment is received, at which point usage rights transfer to the client for the specific project.

Limitation of Liability

Ever Glow Living's liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, supply chain disruptions, or client-requested changes.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and finally binding arbitration in the state of New York.

We stand behind our work. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled across our services.

Cancellation Window

Clients may cancel within 72 hours of signing a service agreement for a full refund of deposits, minus any materials already ordered on your behalf. After 72 hours, cancellation fees apply as outlined in your contract.

Material Returns

Unused, unopened materials in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for store credit. Custom-ordered or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Defective Work

If you identify a defect in workmanship within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the work at no additional cost. Please report issues through your project liaison or support@everglowliving.org.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Exceptions

Refunds do not apply to design consultation fees, digital products, or work already completed and approved in writing.
